Experience a tea that's as visually stunning as it is delicious. Culinary's Butterfly Blue Pea Flower is a pure herbal infusion from Thailand featuring whole butterfly pea flowers—delivering a mesmerizing blue hue that transforms into deep purple or pink the moment you add citrus. Perfect for those seeking both beauty and authentic flavor in every cup.
Why You'll Love This Culinary Blend
This single-ingredient tea offers a clean, mild herbal experience with subtle earthy undertones and delicate nuttiness. Unlike heavily blended varieties, this pure botanical stands on its own merit, letting the natural flavor and visual appeal shine through. The magic happens when acidity enters the picture—watch the vivid blue shift into jewel-toned purples and magentas through a natural color-changing reaction that makes each steep feel like your own personal chemistry experiment.
Steep it hot for a traditional tea experience or cold brew overnight for refreshing iced versions. The mild flavor profile works beautifully on its own, pairs well with desserts and light appetizers, or becomes a creative base for custom beverages. Mix in honey and citrus for a naturally sweetened color-changing drink, or combine with complementary botanicals to craft your own unique blend.
