"Tea Drunk presents the Reserve Tea Sampler, an exclusive collection featuring eight exceptional teas, showcasing diverse origins and exquisite flavor profiles. Experience Xin Yang Mao Jian, a savory and floral green tea with a nutty umami finish, 100% handmade and rubbed for its signature sharp profile. The sampler also includes Huo Shan Huang Ya, a yellow tea from Huo Shan, which offers an umami flavor with balanced notes of sweet nuts and a bouquet of flowers; this micro-fermented tea is rounder and warmer than typical green tea. Discover Bai Hao Yin Zhen, the highest-grade white tea featuring only buds from wild trees, traditionally sun-dried for a bright, floral sweetness and delicate notes of melons. The Bai Ye Dan Cong cultivar is beloved for its prominent peachy notes, harvested from lao cong (old tea trees) in Hu Cuo village, providing playful notes of gingerbread and orange peel with a deeply woodsy and long golden aftertaste.
This curated set continues with Huang Guan Yin, an aromatic cultivar from the iconic Shi Zi Feng terroir, providing a thorough flavor profile with a mineral aftertaste. Savor Xiao Chi Gan, an early spring harvest from 100-year-old heirloom tea trees in the prestigious Gua Dun of Tong Mu, known for its sophisticated sweetness and elegant brightness. For pu er enthusiasts, the sampler offers Ban Po Lao Zhai, a 100% handmade Pu Er Sheng Cha using leaves from 200-600 year-old ancient tea trees, resulting in mini cakes that are floral and forward with silky tannins and a lingering finish. Finally, the Pu Er Shou Cha is a microbial-fermented pu er tea that infuses with the comforting taste of sweet earth and woods, delivering a full, smooth body. This shou pu batch is crafted from a mix of ancient and decade-old heirloom trees for the most robust mouthfeel and satisfying, lasting steeps, epitomizing the dedication to quality found across the entire Tea Drunk reserve selection."
