🌱 How to brew tea in a kyūsu 🌱

1. Measure approximately 1 tablespoon or 10g of tea and place it into the kyūsu.
2. Boil water, then pour it into an empty teacup and allow it to cool to 170°F. This step purifies the water, eliminating any unwanted flavors.
3. Pour the water over the tea, leaving about 1/4 inch of space below the rim of the teapot.
4. Infuse the tea for about 45 seconds during the first infusion.
5. Gently rock the teapot to ensure an even infusion and consistent flow.
6. For a polite serving, present the cup showing all four sides, serving with the best side facing forward.
7. For the second infusion, repeat these steps, infusing for about 15 seconds.
